Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
-Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and site visits.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
-Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
-Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support.
-Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
