& Hiring: VMC Operator (2 Positions) Urgently Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely.
• Set tools, offsets, and parameters as required for production.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, G-code basics, and job specifications.
• Perform machine setup, loading/unloading of components.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
• Identify and report machine or program issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain production logs and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Follow safety standards and maintain machine cleanliness.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience operating VMC machines.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge (G & M codes preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Good problem-solving and machine-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
