Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist in the preparation and review of import and export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Support the coordination of shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
• Help to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the tracking and tracing of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the resolution of any issues or discrepancies related to import and export activities.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to import and export performance.
• Support the maintenance of accurate records of all import and export transactions.
• Assist in the research of new markets and trade opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline import and export processes.
• Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and other related costs.
