Job description: Tele-Counselor / Telecaller Location: UpGrad Learning Centre Ahmedabad Reporting to: Centre Head Type: Full-time, On-site Joining - Immediate About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated, target-driven, and highly presentable Counselor to join our UpGrad Learning Centre in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the right programs offered by UpGrad. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners through calls, walk-ins, and online sessions about suitable programs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with learners.
• Represent the centre during student visits, info sessions, and events.
• Maintain accurate data and reports using CRM tools.
• Deliver a professional and positive learner experience at every stage.
• Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred). Experience: 0 5 years in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles; prior counselling experience preferred. Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati, English, and Hindi. Skills:
