What You ll Be Doing:- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, & Google Ads - Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads (experience is a plus, but willingness is a must) - Work on direct-response campaigns with a focus on VSL-style funnels - Write compelling ad copy that hooks and converts - Collaborate with editors and content producers to get high-converting creative made - Monitor and improve campaign performance (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) - Test creatives, offers, landing pages, and audiencesMust-Haves: - Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) - Understanding of pixels, retargeting, custom audiences, and campaign structure - Comfortable working in-office in HiTech City, Hyderabad - Basic copywriting ability and creative thinking - Comfortable supporting content shoots, not necessarily appearing on camera - Strong English skills and basic editing proficiencyNice-to-Haves: - Experience running LinkedIn Ads - Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects - Understanding of VSL funnels or prior work with SaaS/digital products.
-Experience With Hyros & UTM parameters.
