Job Description: Inside Sales Manager - B2C EducationJob-Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our B2C Education sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and shaping sales strategy at a senior leadership level. This role requires strong expertise in the education industry, excellent people leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Planning- Define and execute the overall inside sales strategy for the B2C education business.- Set ambitious revenue and growth targets and develop frameworks to consistently achieve them.- Provide market intelligence and insights to influence product, marketing, and business strategy.- Drive data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and long-term sales planning.Team Development & Leadership- Lead, coach, and inspire multiple inside sales teams and managers to deliver peak performance.- Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.- Establish scalable training, career development, and succession planning programs.Sales Excellence & Process Optimization- Design and refine best-in-class sales processes, systems, and tools to maximize efficiency.- Oversee CRM adoption and pipeline management to ensure accuracy and visibility.- Implement innovative sales techniques, automation, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.Customer & Market Engagement- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Represent the company in the education sector, building thought leadership and brand credibility.- Champion customer-centric approaches, ensuring seamless experiences across the sales journey.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to drive alignment on go-to-market initiatives.- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, market expansion, and new business opportunities.- Serve as a senior voice in leadership forums, contributing to organizational growth plans.Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.- 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in B2C sales (education sector strongly preferred).- Proven track record of leading large, high performing inside sales teams and exceeding revenue goals.- Strong business acumen with experience in strategy building, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.- Expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and digital sales tools.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
