This role involves acquiring new clients, developing relationships with key clients, crafting impactful ad strategies, and leveraging insights to deliver value-driven advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch-sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads.- Design and implement a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activity and funnel performance.- Develop customized media proposals and pitches based on client objectives and budget.- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts.- Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in campaign success and revenue generation.Ideal Candidate- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- 2-8 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, or related roles, in the Tech space.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.- Deep understanding of ad sales processes and digital advertising platforms.- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
