Role OverviewThe Content & Community Specialist will drive LoEstro s external voice and ecosystem engagement through high-quality content creation, community-led initiatives, sector events, digital presence, and founder/investor engagement platforms.This is a strategic and entrepreneurial role supporting the Managing Partner and the sector leadership to build LoEstro s thought leadership, digital brand, and influence across the investment banking, startup, and private capital community.Ideal for candidates passionate about storytelling, ecosystem building, research, and growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Development & Thought Leadership- Create sector research reports, thematic publications, deal announcements, and founder/investor insight pieces.- Build high-quality content for LinkedIn, newsletters, website, internal decks, and brand communication.- Convert market data and deal insights into accessible narratives and storytelling formats.2. Community & Ecosystem Building- Build and scale founder, investor, and operator communities across LoEstro s focus sectors.- Plan and execute ecosystem events: roundtables, offline meetups, webinars, panel sessions, reports launch, etc.- Create communication channels such as newsletters, WhatsApp communities and discussion forums.- Manage communication flows with community leaders, CXOs, investors, and ecosystem partners.3. Digital Growth & Brand Presence- Own LoEstro s digital growth strategy across LinkedIn, social content, PR partnerships, and media relations.- Increase engagement and visibility through content-led brand positioning.4. Business Development Support- Work with banking teams on pitch materials, BD decks, founder stories, investor briefings, and conference support.- Support PR, events, outreach campaigns, and external partnerships.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking intellectually curious, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and strong communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments. This is a 0-to-1 role, and we need someone to own and build the entire content/community/branding stack for the firm.- 1-5 years of experience in content, digital marketing, community building, events, journalism, or consulting / IB research- Strong writing and storytelling capability with the ability to synthesize data and ideas.- Strong understanding of business, finance, and the Indian startup ecosystem preferred.- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Canva, research synthesis, and presentation building.- Experience managing communities or events strongly preferred- Exposure to startup, VC, PE, or financial ecosystem is a plus- Self-driven with a bias toward execution and creativity (ref:updazz.com)
