Job Description:We re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring visual storytelling to life across its creative, digital, and brand communication initiatives. This role calls for a designer who combines aesthetic sensitivity, conceptual thinking, and hands-on design execution.You ll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals for digital media, exhibitions, brand campaigns, and print collateral collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and curatorial teams to translate Takshni s artistic vision into striking visual narratives.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging visual content for brand campaigns, social media, catalogues, and exhibitions.- Create layouts, illustrations, and identities aligned with Takshni s design philosophy and tone.- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Curatorial team to interpret conceptual ideas into visual form.- Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints.- Manage multiple design timelines, revisions, and production deliverables.- Support the creation of presentations, marketing collaterals, and communication templates.- Prepare artwork for print and oversee quality assurance during production.- Partner with photographers, videographers, and copywriters for cohesive campaign visuals.- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for exhibitions and creative campaigns.- Stay updated on contemporary design trends, materials, and visual storytelling tools.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in creative industries like art, design, or lifestyle.- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and brand design.- Ability to balance conceptual thinking with detailed execution.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple design projects.Preferred Qualities:- A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with form, texture, and narrative.- Deep appreciation for material, craft, and culture - aligned with Takshni s aesthetic ethos.- A storyteller at heart with a passion for design as cultural expression.- Adaptability to evolving creative directions and project timelines.
