We re looking for a motivated and confident female professional to join our team as a Telecaller cum Computer Operator, managing client-related communication and data tasks from our office.Key Responsibilities:- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally on behalf of our client.- Explain products or services and build positive relationships with potential customers.- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in Excel/CRM.- Perform basic computer operations, including data entry, email handling, and report preparation.- Support client-related administrative and coordination work as assigned.- Follow up with customers for feedback, updates, or document collection.- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication flow.Requirements:Education: Graduate/under graduate.Experience: 0-1 years in telecalling, customer support, or back-office roles (freshers can also apply).Skills:- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets/Excel).- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.Work Details:Job Type: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Digital Molecule Pvt.
