This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building scalable pre-sales processes that combine human interaction with technology and automation.Compensation: Up to - 18 LPA ESOPsKey Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel, ensuring a smooth lead journey from initial engagement to sales handoff.- Manage, train, and lead both in-house and outsourced pre-sales teams to achieve high conversion rates.- Build and optimize AI-driven customer journeys using tools such as automated calling, chat, text, and CRM systems.- Collaborate with growth and sales teams to refine targets, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver measurable results.- Continuously monitor and improve conversion metrics, ensuring speed, personalization, and customer satisfaction.What We re Looking For:- Proven sales mindset with the ability to drive lead-to-visit conversions and own the pre-sales process.- Strong technical comfort working with CRM systems, AI tools, chatbots, and other automation platforms.- Leadership experience managing pre-sales or inside sales teams, with a focus on customer experience (CX).- Analytical and data-driven, capable of tracking, interpreting, and improving conversion metrics.- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
