Content Creation & Management:- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to produce high quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email, websites, and more.- Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.Performance Monitoring & Optimization:- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.- Identify gaps and opportunities in content to continuously improve engagement and conversions.SEO & Content Marketing:- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach and rankings.- Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate keyword strategies effectively.Leadership & Collaboration:- Manage content contributors, freelance writers, or in-house teams to ensure quality and consistency.- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative content ideas.Experience & Skills:- 4 to 8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.- Proven experience in creating and managing content for multiple platforms (web, social, email, etc.).- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.Education:- Bachelor s degree in any stream.Competencies:- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.- Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach.
