We are seeking an experienced Media Ad Sales Manager to drive sales, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities with brands, agencies, and direct clients. The role involves creating and selling impactful media solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire & develop relationships with agencies, brands, and partners.- Own and deliver revenue targets through pitching, closing & upselling.- Lead programmatic buying partnerships with agencies & platforms.- Drive upselling of media solutions, sponsorships, influencer collaborations & branded content.- Collaborate with creative & operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns.- Analyze & report campaign ROI, providing insights & recommendations.Mandatory Criteria: - Must be Mumbai-based (no relocation).
-Currently in a sales role with B2B service sales experience.
-Experience in media, advertising, influencer, branded content, or digital solutions.
-Proven track record of new business acquisition.
-Hands-on experience at online publishers, ad networks, DSP/DMP, or ad tech platforms.
-Not Considered: EdTech, SaaS/Product sales, or candidates not currently in sales.Qualifications & Skills:- 4-8 years in media sales/digital advertising.- Strong knowledge of advertising metrics (CPM, CPL, CPV, CPI).- Excellent storytelling & presentation skills.- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, branded content & sponsorships.- Knowledge of the gaming & entertainment ecosystem is a plus.Perks & Benefits:- Work-from-home (Mumbai-based only), 5-day week.- Competitive salary - 12-15 LPA incentives.- Flexible work culture & strong learning opportunities.- Health insurance & performance-based rewards.- Fun, collaborative, inclusive work environment.
