-The role involves managing professional correspondence, recording Minutes of Meetings, and acting as a communication bridge between management, customers, purchasers, and employees.Key Responsibilities- Handle all internal & external communication (verbal & written).
-Draft professional business correspondence (emails, letters, proposals).- - Take and circulate accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).- Coordinate with management, employees, customers & purchasers.- Support senior management in day-to-day communication tasks.Requirements- Female candidate with strong command of English, Hindi & Marathi.- 2-5 years of experience in business communication / client coordination.- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
