Job Type:Full-time / PermanentKey Responsibilities:- Handle inside sales activities including lead generation, inquiry handling, and client coordination.- Communicate with customers in Tamil, English, and Hindi (if required) to build strong client relationships.- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and technical teams for smooth order execution.- Maintain customer database, track inquiries, and follow up on leads systematically.- Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/sales coordination/customer support. (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) along with good communication skills in English.- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.- Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
