Please find the JD of below position.Core Responsibilities :Installation : Setting up new products and ensuring it s properly installed and provide training to the Service person and site plumbers/ electricians. Training :- On site and classroom product Trainings about correct installation of products, and issue resolution on site.Maintenance : Conducting regular Proactive services (Service camp, and all stage Support) and preventative maintenance to keep product in optimal condition. Repairs : Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions or breakdowns in products.Troubleshooting : Identifying problems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.Dealers visit support :- Regular trade dealer visit , to check display and products. Customer Support : Providing technical guidance and support to customers on products usage and maintenance.Documentation : Keeping detailed records of service activities (Keeping Job Sheet Record), parts used, and customer interactions.
