-Lead Qualification : Evaluate prospects goals and align them with our offerings to ensure a strong fit. Follow-up & Nurturing : Regularly follow up with potential clients, maintain engagement, and highlight the unique value we can offer in their career journey. Sales Achievement : Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through a proactive and results-driven approach. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on our program offerings and continuously improve your knowledge to provide expert guidance to prospective students. Requirements:Experience: Fresher with an interest in sales or business development. Education: Bachelor s degree in any stream. Preferred: B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, M.Tech. Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Excellent customer engagement skills, focused on relationship-building.
-Passion for sales and achieving targets.
-Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner. Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM or other CRM tools is a plus. (ref:updazz.com)
