This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Identify and engage potential clients, nurturing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.- Strengthen partnerships with OEMs and key accounts to enhance business sustainability.Technical Consultation & Solution Selling :- Provide technical insights and customized solutions based on client requirements.- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations.- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy :- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and sales opportunities.- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.- Expand customer outreach and improve market positioning.Sales Process Management & Reporting- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Business Administration.- 4 years of experience in technical sales or solution-based sales.
