Team Leader- Function: Call Centre- Location: Plot No - 21A, near Genpact Building, Sector 18, Gurugram, Sarhol, Haryana - 122015- Working Hours- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Sunday fixed off)Education & Experience:- Minimum Graduate- Minimum 2 years on-paper experience as a Team Leader in call centre/telesales (mandatory)- Industry Exposure Required- Experience in outbound telesales is preferable.- Must have worked on dialer systems.- Proven ability to lead and manage a telesales team effectively.Job Role & Responsibilities:- Effectively communicate information in a timely, accurate, and clear manner to all sales team members.- Track and maintain operational performance files for sales agents on a weekly basis.- Manage and drive sales team targets and performance.- Monitor and enhance team performance metrics in line with contractual obligations.- Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales agents, including clear action plans for improvement.- Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards across the sales team.- Motivate, guide, and support the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
