Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead field sales operations and grow our customer base across designated territories. This role involves managing a sales team, meeting clients face-to-face, and driving revenue through strategic lead generation, and relationship building.Roles and Responsibilities- Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Identify potential markets, leads, and sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.- Conduct regular client meetings, explain product features, and presentations to convert leads into sales.- Recruit, train, and mentor outside sales representatives or field agents.- Monitor team performance, assign sales targets, and ensure KPIs are met.- Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-upsEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
