Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Outbound Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.Roles and Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products/services.- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service.- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and visits.- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer interaction details.- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.- Handle customer objections professionally and close deals effectively.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
