Job Purpose:The person will have to attend all the walk-in clients in store, who are looking for their complete bath solutions in their house. He will have to pitch all our bath products as per the client s needs by providing the client with all product knowledge along with the USPs of our product range and closing the sale.Main Responsibilities:- The Bath ISP needs to have a very good understanding of the Bath Ranges like Different Types of CP Fittings, Sanitary Wares, and all other components of bath with its usage in the dcor segment.- Advice the client on various options we offer by making the client clear about our product range and how it s different from our competitive brands.- Helping the client with proper planning and placement of the bath fittings inside the bathroom along with the different usage of the products at different stages of the building construction.- Sometimes meetings with Architects/Interior Designers needs to be done whenever needed.- It will be majorly an Instore Profile where the candidate needs to be present at storeSkills Required:- Soft Skills- Good Communication- Confident Demeanor- Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi, English (Local language and English in case of South)Qualifications:- Required: Bachelor or Post Graduation diploma/degree in any field.- Desired: Marketing and sales specializations are preferablePrevious Experience:a. Must Have Experience in Bath Related Productsb. Retail Experience with some knowledge of Dcor & related fieldsc.
