The position will be responsible for end-to-end Investigation/ verification for Health, life, and motor insurance cases in the respective region of candidate.- The job is regarding Insurance Investigation in which we have to cross verify that a patient is genuine or fraud by verifying his/her hospital documents and reports.- During the whole investigation investigator must coordinate/communicate with the claim manager who will guide them on the field.- FO will get the Authority letter including the Company s name.- After investigating 2 to 3 cases, company will provide identity card to FO.- FO will get daily calls from the claim managers.- FO might also get a call from a doctor who is preparing reports for clarification purposes.- FO will have to visit the hospital and Patient to complete the documentary.- After collecting all documents, FO will have to send a soft copy to the Bullet Documents account.- Also collect the hard copy of them and send them back to the company s address (ref:updazz.com)
