- Location: Aurangabad , Maharashtra- Job Type : On-Roll Your Mission: Take charge of expanding market presence by developing a high-performing sales force. Be the strategic bridge between the brand and the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Identify & onboard skilled insurance advisors to expand the channel network in your territory.
-Train and coach agents on sales strategies, compliance, and product knowledge.
-Plan and execute territory-level sales campaigns and customer outreach activities.
-Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
-Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or FMCG.
-Confident in building relationships and handling client objections in-person.
-Natural leader who can influence, energize, and guide a sales team.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Comfortable using basic digital tools for reporting and communication.
