Job Description:Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Outreach- Make 100 outbound calls daily to reach out to potential leads including students, graduates, and working professionals.- Conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their interest, career goals, and suitability for offered courses.2. Follow-up and Relationship Management:- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to address queries and maintain engagement.- Provide timely updates and reminders to ensure the student stays informed throughout the enrollment process.3. Sales Conversion:- Effectively explain the value proposition, curriculum, and career benefits of each course offering.- Handle objections and concerns professionally to convert inquiries into enrollments.- Maintain a high conversion rate through consultative selling techniques.4. CRM and Reporting:- Log all interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system accurately.- Generate daily/weekly reports on outreach and enrollment performance for internal tracking and planning.5. Collaboration and Optimization:- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.- Share insights on student concerns, market trends, and competitor offerings.6.
