Role Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales activities of the hotel to achieve revenue goals.
-Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with hotel staff to ensure client satisfaction.
-Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee customer service initiatives to enhance the guest experience and drive repeat business. Qualifications:- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills- Experience in Sales and Sales Management- Proficiency in Marketing strategies and practices- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (ref:updazz.com)
