-This includes managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies for both civil infrastructure and government projects in the industrial field.
-The ASE will act as a vital link between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure revenue targets and project success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in civil and government segments.- Identify, pursue, and manage business opportunities in infrastructure, EPC, and government sectors.- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government bodies, and decision-makers.- Manage end-to-end bidding for government projects.- Coordinate with the projects and execution team to ensure timely delivery and installation.- Prepare detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.- Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage credit limits with clients.- Maintain CRM data, weekly reports, and sales forecasts.- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and technical discussions to promote products.- Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and product development needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or related field. MBA is a plus.- Proven track record in industrial sales, particularly in civil and government projects.- Strong knowledge of documentation.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers or Executives if required.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Sales Revenue & Growth Targets- Number of New Accounts/Projects Won- Tender Submission to Conversion Ratio- Timely Project Execution & Delivery Coordination- Client Retention and Satisfaction- Collection Efficiency (Receivables)- Market Intelligence & Competitor Reporting (ref:updazz.com)
