Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering the right insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships.Roles and Responsibilities:- Source new clients through direct contacts, field visits, referrals, and lead generation platforms.- Understand clients financial goals, risks, and insurance requirements to recommend suitable policies.- Explain insurance products in a clear, simplified manner and highlight the benefits and coverage to clients.- Effectively handle all life insurance products, complete documentation, and close insurance sales in line with monthly/quarterly targets.- Track and manage policy renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups and client retention.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
