Please find below the job description for Auto Sales (EV) Facilitator role.- Offered Auto Sales (EV) training programs and job skills to prepare industry ready manpower.
-Prepared complete and accurate design documentation and build/quality/performance records of the trainees in the form of batch file.
-Assisted with Automotive lab equipment in inventory identification, requirements and up gradation.
-Attended trainees as per their learning ability and pace. Carried performance assessment of the trainees at regular intervals.
-Mentored and guided the trainees ensuring all were informed in automotive service sector knowledge and capable of performing assigned duties.
-Monitored machines and equipment during lab session along with safety of the students.
-Coordinate with external assessor for final assessment of the trainees. Sent daily report to the management regarding the batch.- Move to Different District & Block for Mobilization and Retracking /Replacement of Trainee.
-Went to attend different Job fair & Jeevika TLC meeting with Community Mobilizer(cm/jrp) for Mobilization Purpose.
-Move for Placement Purpose of Trainee for Different Location & Client meeting. Training for TVS Motor Client for Skilled Technician in workshop.
-Maintaining SOP & S.F for Dossier & Training.- To conduct regular classes according to ACLP (Activity cum lesson Plan).
-Co creation of training modules by partnering with reputed training institutions.- To give overlook of basics of automobile and latest technologies in Automobile. To conduct Lab classes of Engine and Transmission systems.
-To clarify the doubt asked by students during doubt session.
-To keep records of students, categorize them and motivate the students. To brief the students regarding challenges in life and teach corporate culture.- To resolve interpersonal issues among students and to maintain healthy atmosphere (ref:updazz.com)
