Head of Sponsorship - Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:The Head of Sponsorship at Aavyan Consulting will lead the strategy, outreach, relationship management, and revenue generation for all sponsorship-related opportunities across events, programs, and brand initiatives, including our flagship BharatWorks100X summit series.Key Responsibilities:1. Sponsorship Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with Aavyan s business goals and event calendar.- Identify new partnership opportunities across verticals (HR Tech, FinTech, SaaS, Education, etc.).- Curate sponsorship packages with clear ROI-driven deliverables for potential partners.2. Lead Generation & Outreach- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential sponsors through market research, LinkedIn, industry connects, and past event data.- Develop and send compelling sponsorship proposals and communication decks.- Initiate and lead outreach efforts via email, calls, and meetings to engage prospective partners.3. Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsors and partners.- Ensure timely communication, alignment on deliverables, and ongoing relationship nurturing.- Maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key brands and institutional stakeholders.4. Collaboration & Coordination- Work closely with the marketing, design, and event teams to ensure sponsor deliverables (branding, booths, speaking slots, etc.) are executed flawlessly.- Liaise with internal departments to align sponsor expectations with on-ground operations.5. Event Execution & Partner Experience- Oversee sponsor activations on event day - from booth setup to branding placement and audience engagement.- Ensure partner satisfaction and collect feedback post-event for future improvement.6. Revenue & Reporting- Own revenue targets for sponsorships across events.- Track and report partnership metrics including outreach, conversions, retention, and feedback.- Ensure contractual compliance and timely invoicing in coordination with finance and legal teams.Preferred Skills & Experience:- 4-6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B partnerships, or event business development.- Strong network across HR tech, SaaS, fintech, and startup ecosystems.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
