Hiring: Market Merchant (Business Development Head - Apparel Industry) for one of our top clients.- Location: Sector 63, Noida- Industry: Apparel Manufacturing (Domestic Export - B2B/Corporate/Brand Orders Only)- Infrastructure: In-house Production Setup with 120 Stitching Machines- We are now inviting an experienced and committed Market Merchant to lead our business development and client servicing responsibilities.
-Role: Market Merchant/Business Development Head- Core Objective: Generate consistent B2B business and manage buyer servicing independently. Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients (domestic brands, buying houses, exporters).- Order Closure: Finalize pricing, terms, timelines, and approvals with buyers.- Buyer Servicing: Handle all communications including mail follow-ups, production coordination, sampling, and post-delivery service.- Retention & Growth: Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service delivery.- Internal Coordination: Work closely with production, quality, and sampling teams.- Reporting: Provide regular business updates to top management.- Support Provided by Management- Strong backend support: HR, Finance, Compliance, Production & Logistics- All costing approvals, investment decisions to be handled by top management.- Your focus will be on bringing business and servicing clients only Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience: 5-15 years in garment merchandising, exports, or buying house roles- Industry Connections: Must have an existing network of buyers/clients- Skills: Excellent negotiation, costing understanding, communication, and client follow-up.- Mindset: Target-oriented, responsible, and solution-driven Compensation:- Competitive Salary Lucrative Incentives based on business performance- Long-term career opportunity with a growth-oriented company.
