What you will do

Responsible for the planning and execution of uninterrupted, cost:efficient supply of raw materials to support production schedules, minimize inventory costs, and maintain high:quality standards

Manage the procurement, inventory, and supply of raw materials required for finished products production
:
Ensure a consistent, cost:effective supply of quality materials to meet productions schedules, minimize inventory costs, and support seamless manufacturing operations.

Coordinate, communicate, align

Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of raw materials

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve supply issues, schedule changes,and cancellations

Monitor and communicate inventory status, supplier performance, and key supply chain metrics

Plan and execute raw material supply process

Develop and maintain accurate raw material inventory plans aligned with production schedules

Manage and mitigate raw material supply disruptions (planned or unplanned)

Drive supplier business continuity plan and ensure robustness

Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and adjust plans to prevent shortages or excess stock
:
Monitor and adjust for production volume, demand, and purchasing trends to forecast material requirements
:
Generate and adjust purchase orders in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring materials meet quality and specification standards
:
Utilize designated systems to maintain up:to:date data and optimize inventory management
:
Drive and execute raw material inventory accuracy processes
:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs for raw mate
