This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers.What You ll do:- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media DMs.- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies.- Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.- Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution.- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.- Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience.Who You Are:- Female candidate with 1 - 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.- Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
