-Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients.
-Preparation for future project details or previous projects & other activities.
-Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis.
-Meeting with Builders/ Promoters/contractors & other institutional clients on a regular basis - To achieve desired business from their designated territory.Desired Skills:- Strong desire to achieve business number for the designated territory/customer- Proven success in expanding markets and establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships.- Result Oriented- Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills- Leadership and client relationship building skills.- Good Energy Level.
