What role you will play in our team
We are looking for 2:10 years experienced engineers with an emphasis on Well Management (wellwork / well integrity / P and A) Engineering to provide wells engineering support across ExxonMobil 's global portfolio. ExxonMobil is a long:term career orientated company where you will have opportunities to develop your skills while working across different projects and business functions on a global scale.
What you will do
:
Provide engineering support in well management (wellwork / well integrity / P and A) area to ExxonMobil global wells teams leveraging analysis and engineering insights
:
Work directly with Wells teams to provide design and / or operational support for safe and cost:effective operations
:
Generate plots and reports to communicate solutions and leverage ExxonMobil subject matter expert advice and company best practices to improve performance
:
Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and international regulations
:
Support well integrity assessments and remediation planning
:
Promote a strong safety culture across all activities
:
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance wellwork efficiency
:
Collaborate with engineers and operations personnel on global asset teams
:
Integrate with adjacent disciplines : Production, facilities, reservoir and geoscience teams to provide synergistic solutions to global wells teams
About You
:
Bachelor 's or Master 's Degree from a recognized university in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering with minimum GPA 7.5 and above, Master 's Degree preferred
:
2:10 years of work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
:
Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical design and operating parameters through data and trend analysis
:
Experience in writing procedures for Wellwork Operations (rigless and/or rig:based; coil tubing, slickline, wireline) execution is preferred not required
:
Field experience at a rig site or wellsite is preferred
:
Knowledge of the basic wells management engineering concepts including well intervention/wellwork, plug and abandonment, well integrity, well control (well barrier philosophy)
:
Familiarity with AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) and budget forecasts for wellwork activities
:
Familiarity with engineering applications such as Cerberus, WellView, WellCAT, Torque and Drag
:
Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI or Spotfire
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
:
Demonstrated ability to cooperate effectively in a team environment
:
Flexibility to work in shifts, with opportunities to leverage flexible work hours
:
Position is Bangalore:based with potential for international travel
