Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.
• Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, and payment options clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during interactions.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
