Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5 -7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various media platforms. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Design Creation and Development:- Develop and produce graphic designs for various projects, including websites, advertising, print media, branding, and corporate identity.- Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics that align with brand guidelines.- Brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas for campaigns and projects.Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and product teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all mediums.- Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to team members and stakeholders.Project Management:- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.- Provide accurate time estimates for each project and adhere to deadlines.Digital Asset Management:- Maintain an organized archive of all design assets and files for future reference and use.- Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.- Play a role of custodian to make sure that all the graphics and creatives are the same across the platform.Qualifications:- Master s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 5 -7 years of professional graphic design experience.- Experience of leading the projects independently.- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.What We Offer:- A creative and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Competitive salary and benefits package.
