Job Description (Short Summary)The State Project Manager will lead end-to-end CVIRMS operations in the assigned state, focusing on revenue generation, government coordination, and successful project rollout. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build long-term relationships with police departments, government officials, and administrative bodies.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement (Primary KRA)- Drive monthly and yearly revenue targets for the state.- Create revenue plans, monitor performance, and ensure on-ground execution.- Manage and motivate field teams to achieve onboarding, subscription, and renewal targets.2. Government Tie-ups & Relationship Management (Primary KRA)- Build strong working relationships with Police Departments, Collector Offices, Municipal Corporations, and other state authorities.- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project demonstrations with senior officials.- Ensure smooth coordination for MoUs, approvals, letters, and state-level permissions.3. Project Implementation & Monitoring- Lead deployment of CVIRMS across districts, police units, hotels, PGs, and commercial accommodations.- Monitor field activities, onboarding progress, training sessions, and compliance.- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the central team.4. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Manage Field Managers, Field Executives, and Support Teams in the state.- Assign targets, track achievements, and ensure discipline and productivity.- Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.5. Stakeholder & Client Support- Address escalations from government stakeholders and accommodation owners.- Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.6. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain MIS reports, revenue dashboards, government correspondence, and progress documentation.- Present project status, achievements, and action plans to senior management.Skills & Qualifications- Strong communication and government liaison skills.- Experience in GovTech, SaaS, public safety, or field operations preferred.- Team management and revenue-driving experience.- Ability to travel across the state.
