Key Responsibilities:
& Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing hostel owners. Verify hostel details, including facilities, pricing, and availability, ensuring accuracy in listings. Assist new hostels in the listing process by guiding them through documentation, form filling, and updating their profiles on our platform. Provide detailed explanations of our platform 's benefits and answer any inquiries from hostel owners or managers.& Follow scripts and procedures to convert leads into new hostel listings or verification updates. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.& Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries from the platform.& Ensure all listing details are up-to-date and confirm verification of hostels every 2-3 months.& Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.&
