Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Assistant Manager - Hot Water Solutions to drive product sales, support customer requirements, and strengthen our presence in the water heating segment. The ideal candidate will manage dealer/retail networks, handle project customers, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales and business development for the Hot Water Solutions category in the assigned territory.- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, and project clients.- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and site visits for technical evaluation.- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.- Coordinate with service teams for installation support and after-sales resolutions.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen product positioning.- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and market insights.Key Skills:- Strong technical understanding of water heaters, heat pumps, or hot water systems.- Excellent communication & presentation skills.- Customer relationship management.- Project handling & site coordination.- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.- After-sales coordination.
