We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads) with 2-4 years of experience in running and scaling Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing budgets ranging from - 1 lakh to - 10 lakh per month, with strong expertise in creative testing, audience building, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook Instagram) ad campaigns- Build full-funnel structures: cold, warm, and retargeting- Manage budgets from - 1-10 lakh/month with ROAS accountability- Run structured A/B tests (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages)- Develop and optimize testing & scaling frameworks (ABO CBO)- Analyse key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and share weekly insights- Collaborate with design team to build compelling ad creatives- Set up and maintain Pixel & Conversions API tracking- Research competitor ads and category trends for creative inspiration (ref:updazz.com)
