About the Role:We are seeking passionate and student-focused professionals to join our Study Abroad Counselling team. The role involves guiding students in achieving their global education goals through personalized counselling and end-to-end support.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities based on their academic background and career aspirations.- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.- Assist students in preparing academic documents including SOPs, LORs, and resumes.- Provide financial guidance on tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, and visa-related expenses.- Maintain accurate student records and manage leads effectively through CRM tools.- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets while ensuring a high conversion ratio.- Stay updated with global education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.Requirements:- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry (mandatory).- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Education: Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Master s preferred).- Mindset: Target-driven, analytical, and proactive with problem-solving capabilities.What We Offer:- A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Learning and professional development opportunities in the EdTech sector.- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping students global careers.
