-Additionally, you will be tasked with managing invoice processing tasks, which require a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
-You will work closely with various departments to ensure that data annotations are complete and accurate, playing a vital role in enhancing our operational capabilities.
-Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a robust understanding of data management practices.

-Join us in making a difference in our customers experiences while developing your skills in a supportive environment.Responsibilities:- Provide exemplary customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Conduct data annotation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.- Process invoices efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to company protocols.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate teams when necessary.- Monitor and track customer interactions and data processing activities for continuous improvement.- Develop and maintain documentation related to customer support procedures and data processing standards.Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or data-driven environment.- Familiarity with data annotation tools and techniques is highly desirable.- Experience with invoice processing and financial documentation is a must.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
