Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture workflows for IT service offerings.- Build segmentation and personalization strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).- Drive lead generation using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimization.- Use tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.- Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests.- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing within IT services or IT consulting.- Strong understanding of the IT buyer journey and lead nurturing.- Experience with email automation and CRM platforms.- Good analytical skills and strong written communication.Bonus Skills:- Experience with ABM, analytics dashboards, or marketing attribution models.
