Elmentoz Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the aqua feed industry. The role requires a proven sales leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and scale our sustainable protein-based feed solutions across livestock and aquaculture sectors. Key Responsibilities- Lead sales strategy and execution for aqua feed products across targeted regions.- Identify, engage, and onboard feed manufacturers, corporate farms, and distributors.- Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets through B2B sales.- Conduct in-depth market analysis to explore new regions and customer segments for expansion.- Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure sales efforts align with product strategy.- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends in both alternative and conventional feed markets.- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports covering pipeline status, deal closures, revenue progress, and customer feedback.- Mentor and manage the sales team to build a high-performance culture.- Represent Elmentoz at trade shows, industry forums, and customer meetings.
