One of our fintech client is hiring- Location: Hyderabad - Position Type: Full-Time - Experience Level: Fresher or Minimum 6 Months of Sales ExperienceJob Summary:As a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting new leads and following up with interested customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth by promoting myPaisaa s products and services to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in products, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.
-Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure a smooth sales process and address any queries or concerns they may have.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
-Product Knowledge: Stay updated with myPaisaa s product offerings, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
-Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM software. Qualifications: - Experience: Fresher or minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in D2C or financial services.- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
-Language: English, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada would be an added advantage - Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
