What role you will play in our team
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Systems Completion Engineer with 3:10 years of experience to join our industry leading Systems Completion team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating various systems completion activities to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, to the required quality standards, on time and within budget. The role may be project assigned or part of a Central Project Management functional organization supporting multiple projects in various phases. The role requires the ability to work across global teams, identify and drive problem resolution, interface with multiple project disciplines, and communicate clearly to site teams, management, and contractor organizations.

Drive project performance by collaborating effectively with multi:disciplinary teams

Work with project management team, engineering disciplines and other project stakeholders to define project scope, plans and schedule

Monitor progress and provide status updates to support project management decisions

Develop/review Systems Completion project deliverables (e.g. Commissioning and startup plans, estimates, procedures)
:
Coordinate internal/external interfaces to ensure alignment
:
Demonstrate SSHE leadership behaviors, actively participate in SSHE programs
:
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and project requirements
:
Implement lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement processes
:
Steward contractor performance and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary
