Service Engineer Ensuring Operational Excellence Job Description Your Contribution: Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance PM services and perform detailed checks on customer equipment according to service contracts and technical manuals. Perform timely and effective repairs, component replacement, and system adjustments to restore equipment to full operational status. Prepare comprehensive service reports detailing work performed, parts used, root cause analysis of failures, and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades. Document common failure modes and provide detailed technical feedback to the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve future product design and reliability. Strictly adhere to all customer site safety regulations, company safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout LOTO procedures during all service activities.
