Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven SEO Analyst with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Lead Generation SEO, and driving organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and be able to strategize and implement SEO best practices for IT services.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall site health. -Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building, outreach, guest posting, and digital PR to improve domain authority. -Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.- Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO performance reviews for ongoing improvements.- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.- Monitor organic traffic trends and provide insights to drive ROI-focused SEO initiatives.- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm trends.Required Skills and Experience:- 2-4 years of proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO (crawl errors, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, etc.).- Experience in Off-Page SEO and quality link-building strategies.- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating leads through SEO.- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture.- Prior experience in the IT services or B2B domain is highly preferred.- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.- Certifications in SEO/Google Analytics are a plus.
