Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and motivated MICE Executive/Manager to plan, manage, and execute MICE projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate has strong event management expertise, excellent vendor/client handling skills, and a deep understanding of the travel & hospitality ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events (domestic and international).- Handle client briefs and convert them into creative, logistical proposals.- Liaise with hotels, DMCs, travel agents, vendors, and on-ground teams.- Coordinate all aspects of travel and hospitality including ticketing, visas, logistics, accommodation, meals, and transfers.- Budget planning, cost negotiations, and vendor finalization.- On-site event management, including setup, registrations, show flow, and crisis handling.- Prepare post-event reports and documentation.- Maintain strong client and partner relationships.- Stay updated on MICE trends, tech tools, and destination updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:- [4-5] years experience in MICE or large-scale corporate event planning.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.- Willingness to travel (domestic and international).- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), Google Workspace, and basic budgeting tools.
